You'll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Jaycee Park features a pond and a creek and is just a few minutes away! Beautiful Irving lake is also just 12 minutes away. For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 20 minutes away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, 15 minutes away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, home to the Dallas Cowboys, as well as the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 20 minutes away.
